Company Policy & Guidelines

At Treat Therapy, I take great pride in creating high-quality treats made with care and attention to detail. To ensure the best service for all our customers, I have established the following NO REFUND POLICY.

1. 01 Custom Orders — All custom and made-to-order treats are non-refundable once the order is placed. This is due to the personalized nature of the products and the resources allocated to fulfill your request.
2. 02 Order Accuracy — We encourage you to double-check your order details (flavors, quantities, designs, and dates) before finalizing your purchase. Treat Therapy is not responsible for errors on the customer's part during the ordering process.
3. 03 Damages in Transit — I take great care to package your treats securely. However, once an order leaves, I cannot guarantee its condition during transit and cannot issue refunds for damage caused by unmonitored handling.
4. 04 Allergies & Preferences — Customers are responsible for informing us of any dietary restrictions or allergies when placing an order. Refunds will not be issued for reasons related to undisclosed allergies or preferences.
5. 05 Cancellations — If you need to cancel your order, please notify us within 24 hours of placing it. Cancellation requests received after 24 hours will not be eligible for a refund.
